Oblivion is hard to mod properly and it looks like you just installed all sorts of conflicting mods without reading the readmes or any care at all really. Your load order is a disaster and it's no wonder your game is unstable. Try looking at some modding tutorials on youtube. There are even step by step guides on how to graphically mod oblivion.
